What we do
Three regulated mandates, kept separate on purpose. Each section says who regulates it, how we are paid, and what we cannot do for you.
Mutual fund distribution
Our core practice. We help you choose schemes that fit a documented risk profile and a stated goal, execute the paperwork, and review it annually. Orders are placed on BSE StAR MF, so money always travels between your bank account and the AMC.
SIP and lumpsum execution, folio consolidation, goal mapping, annual review, capital-gains statements.
Trail commission from the AMC on regular-plan investments. You pay us nothing directly.
We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers, so we cannot charge a fee for advice or promise a return.
PMS & AIF referrals
For portfolios above the ₹50 lakh regulatory minimum, a portfolio management service can be appropriate. We introduce you to SEBI-registered portfolio managers, help you read the disclosure document, and stay in the room for reviews. The contract is between you and the portfolio manager.
₹50 lakh per SEBI regulation for PMS; AIF minimums are higher.
Fewer holdings than a mutual fund means sharper swings. Suitable only for part of a portfolio.
Fixed and performance fees vary by manager and are set out in the disclosure document.
Health & term insurance
Protection comes before growth. A hospital bill funded by redeeming your child's education SIP is the most expensive kind of insurance there is. We help size a term cover and a family floater, and place them through an IRDAI-licensed partner.
Sized against income, liabilities and years to your youngest child's independence.
Floater plus a super top-up, chosen on claim record and network — not on brochure features.
We do not sell investment-linked insurance as a substitute for a mutual fund.
